THE ARCHITECT LEWIS WYATT COMPLETED THE MAIN EXTENSIONS IN 1821, HE ALSO WORKED ON LYME PARK, HEATON PARK, TATTON PARK AND WYTHENSHAWE HALL.

THE HALL AND STABLE BLOCK EXTEND TO 75,000SQ FT AND WILL BE THE LARGEST PRIVATE HOME IN LANCASHIRE WHEN THE RESTORATION IS COMPLETE.

CUERDEN HALL WAS THE FIRST HOUSE IN ENGLAND TO HAVE A BELVEDERE TOWER, PART OF WYATT’S ALTERATIONS IN THE REGENCY PERIOD.

THE SITE INCLUDES 3 ANCIENT WOODLANDS WHICH WILL BE PRESERVED AND MAINTAINED AS PART OF THE ONGOING WOODLAND MANAGEMENT PLAN.
